We consider providing equal services to all our customers and users, and improving the service we offer customers and users with disabilities, to be a matter of great importance. We therefore invest considerable resources into making our website accessible, so that it may be more available for people with disabilities.

Increasing the website’s accessibility is meant to make it more available, friendlier and more comfortable to use for people with special needs, stemming from various motor impairments, cognitive disabilities, visual impairment, blindness or color-blindness, hearing impairment and old age, among others.

We have taken steps to ensure that our website meets the requirements of the Regulations for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Adjustments for Access to Service) 5773-2013, up to the necessary standard. Likewise, we are implementing the recommendations of the WCAG 2.0 Document from the W3C Organization. 

Fixes and adjustments are as follows:

• The website has been adapted for display compatibility with a variety of screens and resolutions.
• Navigational means on the website are simple and clear.
• Website content is written clearly, in an arranged and hierarchical fashion.
• Website content is written in simple and clear language.
• All website pages share a permanent structure.
• Most of the images on the site have an alternative textual explanation (alt-text)
• The site allows for changing font sizes by using the CTRL and + keys on the keyboard.

It’s important to note that despite our efforts to make all the website’s pages accessible, and despite our actions to improve website accessibility – some parts or capabilities may not have been made properly accessible or have yet to be made so.
